There will be some interruption of services at the Chatham-Kent Public Library at the end of March, as the library is moving to a new online catalogue and computer system.
As a result, the library won’t be able to register new patrons or renew library cards from March 27-31.
For anyone whose card is about to expire, library staff ask that they visit before March 27 to renew.
As well, the online catalogue will not be accessible after 5 p.m. March 29, and will stay offline until March 31.
Access to the library’s downloadable ebooks and audiobooks, digital magazines and online databases shouldn’t be affected.
