The driver of a transport truck faces charges following a morning collision between the truck and a school bus in Morpeth.
A 67-year-old Simcoe man is charged with careless driving.
Chatham-Kent police report only minor injuries when the school bus and transport collided about 8:30 a.m. at the intersection of Talbot Trail and Tylee Street in the East Kent community.
Eight children were on the bus at the time of the collision, police say, and only minor injuries are reported.
