Two men and a youth face charges after a stabbing in Chatham.
Police say the incident took place six days ago, on March 24, but are just now sharing the details.
The incident took place at a residence on Alexandria Avenue in Chatham, police say, and the victim was with several other people when an altercation too place.
During the scrap, police say the victim was stabbed multiple times, but was able to flee and seek medical attention.
Police learned about the stabbing after receiving a call from the hospital. The stabbing was so severe that he had to be transferred to hospital in London, where he remains in stable condition.
Officers went to the residence where the stabbing took place and arrested three people.
Two men, aged 22 and 25, and a youth, all face charges of aggravated assault. The 22-year-old is also charged with failing to comply with a probation order.
