A Belle River man learned the hard way that court orders are to be followed.
On Monday afternoon, police were called to a Dufferin Avenue residence over an unwanted man inside one of the units.
Officers learned the man was not even legally permitted to be there, as he was subjected to court-ordered probation conditions to not communicate or be near a 45-year-old tilbury woman.
A 38-year-old Belle River man is charged with failing to comply with probation orders.
However, the woman, was also charged. She faces one count of failure to comply with an undertaking.
