Slope stabilization work, including the installation of steel break walls, is well underway along the Thames River in Chatham.
Workers from Clarke Construction are progressing west along the north side of the river. According to the municipality, approximately 330 metres of steel retaining wall and quarried rock will be installed between the Third and Fifth Street bridges.
