Chatham Retirement Resort is going to the dogs on Aug. 26.
In celebration of National Dog Day, the seniors’ facility is opening its doors to the community for a fun-filled afternoon celebrating four-legged friends.
As part of the festivities, there will be a puppy tricks and training demonstration, a presentation from C-K Animal Rescue – including a visit from one of their rescue dogs – as well as a doggy photo booth, pet food sample and more.
The events begin at 1:30 p.m.
