An early morning dispute between two men has led to charges against both.
Police were called shortly before 5 a.m. Monday over a disturbance at a Chatham residence.
Officers learned one man was at the residence of another, thereby breaching his release conditions, police say.
The second man, police say, left the residence and was driving eastbound on McNaughton Avenue in Chatham. Officers found the vehicle and pulled it over, as it didn’t have operating taillights.
Police say the officers saw signs of impairment and arrested the driver.
A 39-year-old Dover Township man is charged with impaired and facilitating a breach.
A 37-year-old Chatham man is charged with failing to comply.
