The Chatham Cement Man Petite A Thunder followed a hot Saturday with a chilly Sunday in recent ringette action, playing four games on the weekend.
Chatham dropped Mitchell 4-2 to open the weekend. Courtney Legere had a hat trick, while Erica Anderson had the other goal.
Woolwich fell 5-0 to the Thunder later in the day, with Audrey McKay-Barr earning the shutout. Anderson netted two goals, while Natasha Anderson, Ireland DaSilva and Leah Thompson each potted a single.
Saturday’s hot streak came to an abrupt halt Sunday, as Guelph shut Chatham out 3-0, and then Waterloo dropped the Thunder 3-1. Natasha Anderson had the lone Chatham tally on the day.
