Last weekend’s boil water advisory at the Chatham Campus of Chatham-Kent Health Alliance (CKHA) has now been lifted according to Zoja Holman, communications director of the hospital.

The advisory was put into place as the result of a broken water line Friday afternoon that flooded Grand Ave.

The hospital shut down its water lines to reduce the risk of flooding and to maintain the integrity of patient care systems.

Police were on scene slowing traffic through murky water that was six-inches deep in spots.
