Many of these, which create excessive noise and participate in racing along St. Clair Street, are equipped with modified, or aftermarket exhausts, for these specific reasons. You can hear them before you see them and yet they continue to multiply because they are not regulated.
If the municipality continues to disregard this obvious practice of disturbing the peace, it is unrealistic to expect that similar circumstances will be resolved in Kingston Park.
