A Chatham man faces impaired charges stemming from an incident that took place in the Wednesday afternoon.
Chatham-Kent police were called due to a report of an erratic motorcyclist shortly after 3 p.m. on Richmond Street in Chatham.
Police say it was reported the man was banging on the side of an empty school bus as well.
Officers attended the scene and made an arrest.
A 30-year-old Chatham man is charged with impaired driving and having a blood-alcohol concentration above the legal limit.
