Chloe Banks put her creative powers to work at the Chatham library, making some colourful pretend dog food.
The PA Day event included a visit and story time with Instagram sensation Winnie, a handicapped dog from Charlotte’s Freedom Farm, and canine buddies Wally and Roo.
