The Foundation of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance will host its third annual Charity Curling Classic at the Sydenham Community Curling Club in Wallaceburg on Feb. 8, 2014.

Proceeds from the bonspiel support the refurbishing of CKHA’s Quiet Room at the Sydenham Campus.

The Classic is open to 16 teams of four. Participants will enjoy two games of curling, lunch, dinner and opportunities to win prizes.

All participants are asked to raise pledges for this event. Prizes will be awarded to the winning team, and the event’s top fundraiser will win an iPad Mini.  Pledging opportunities are available via hard-copy pledge sheets and online at www.foundationckha.com.

Registration is now open. Participants may register as an individual or as part of a team of four. The fee per individual player is $50 and a team of four is $180, until Jan. 24, 2014, after which the fees will increase.
