Someone made off with about $15,000 in tools after breaking into Aecon Construction vehicles recently.
Chatham-Kent police say the thefts happened sometime between Saturday at 2 p.m. and Monday morning at 7 a.m.
Someone got into four Aecon trucks parked on Bothwell Street in Chatham and stole various tools.
