Chatham Pool Shark Maddy Broad won gold in the 200m backstroke for her age group at the 2013 Canadian Age Group Championships in Montreal.
Broad, 12, of Wallaceburg, won gold in competition July 24.
She is coached by Kyle Pinsonneault.
