Local skater Hailey Stinson, has qualified for the upcoming 2025-2026 provincial championships, being held this weekend in Hamilton.
Stinson is one of more than 500 skaters from across Ontario who will take part.
This event features the best in the province in synchro; as well as singles, pairs, ice dance and artistic categories.
Stinson, 15, secured her spot after earning podium placements at all three of her qualifying events – in Keswick, Milton and Lakeshore this season. She is heading into the event, ranked ninth in the province in the Star 5 O13 women’s category.
