A woman was lucky to escape injury after police say a man intentionally hit her with his truck.
Police responded to a call Wednesday morning on Murray Street in Wallaceburg of intimate partner violence.
“Upon arrival, it was determined that the man had engaged in a confrontation with his girlfriend, during which he drove his truck over the curb and struck her,” police said in a media release.
A 56-year-old Wallaceburg man is charged with dangerous driving and assault with a weapon.
