A Windsor woman faces numerous charges after police say officers had to haul her out of her vehicle Sunday night in Tilbury.
Police pulled over a vehicle about 7:20 p.m. on Queen Street in Tilbury, after spotting it travelling without any headlights.
When officers approached the vehicle, the driver refused to identify herself or present her licence as requested, police say.
The driver then attempted to conceal her identity using items in her vehicle which obstructed the view of officers, according to police.
After several verbal requests from officers, the individual was removed from the vehicle where she resisted arrest.
A 51-year-old Windsor woman is charged with resisting arrest, obstruction, fail to identify, driving without proper headlights and driving while under suspension.
