A local man faces charges after someone broke into a residence on Woods Street Tuesday afternoon.
Police say the suspect actually used to live there.
A property manager discovered the back door was damaged and suspected a former tenant had unlawfully entered the home, police say.
Officers searched residence and located the former tenant in an upstairs bedroom.
A 60-year-old Chatham-Kent man was arrested for being unlawfully in a dwelling.
