A Blenheim woman faces assault charges following an altercation with her landlord Monday evening, according to police.
It began with an argument at a Flamingo Street property, but escalated when police say the accused pulled on the other woman’s hair and threatened her.
Other people attempted to intervene, but they were greeted with violence, police say.
A 48-year-old Blenheim woman faces three counts of assault, as well as uttering threats.
