Two local men face multiple charges when police found them in a home in Chatham on Saturday evening.
Police got the call about 8:45 p.m. for a report of a break-and-enter in progress at a vacant residence on Stanley Avenue.
Officers arrived on scene and saw signs of forced entry, police say, and spotted a suspect inside the home.
Police contained the scene and arrested two men.
A Blenheim man, 38, and a Chatham man, 46, are charged with break and enter with intent, as well as drug possession.
The men, police say, were apprehended with seven grams of methamphetamine in their possession.
