A Tilbury man is facing charges after someone was cold-cocked while out for a walk.
Police say the altercation took place shortly after noon on Thursday on Sunset Crescent.
The victim, police say, was out walking with friends and was punched in the nose by another individual.
An 18-year-old Tilbury man is charged with assault.
