A Tilbury man faces assault with a weapon charges after someone tossed a chair at another person Wednesday afternoon in Tilbury.
According to Chatham-Kent police, the altercation took place around 5:45 p.m. on Mill Street West. A man was asked to leave a local business but instead threw a chair at a 57-year-old Tilbury man, police say.
The chair chucking caused minor injuries, police say.
A 34-year-old Chatham man is charged with assault with a weapon.
