A Chatham man has to answer to charges following an early morning arrest Thursday.
Chatham-Kent police officers were called to a business on Colborne Street about 4:45 a.m. for a break and enter.
A man was located nearby with copper and wire cutters on his person.
A 45-year-old Chatham man is charged with break and enter, possession of stolen property, and possession of break and enter tools.
