Last night a Chatham-Kent, police officer located a male in the area of Grand Avenue East in Chatham, and the 42-year-old male was arrested for break and enter in regards to a previous incident.

Bail violations

Yesterday afternoon police attended a business on McNaughton Avenue in Wallaceburg for an unrelated matter. While there an officer located a male and female who were known to be on release conditions not to be around one another.

A 30-year-old female was arrested for failing to comply with her undertaking.

A 34-year-old male was also arrested for failing to comply with his release order.

Last night police responded to a noise complaint at a residence on King Street West in Chatham.

A male and female were located at the residence.

Through investigation it was found that the female was in contravention of her release conditions as she was not to be with the male.

A 34-year old female was arrested for failing to comply with her release conditions.

A 38-year old male was also arrested for being a party to the offence.

Warrant arrest

Yesterday evening police conducted a traffic stop in the area of Lafontaine Street in Wallaceburg.

The driver, a 36-year-old male, was known to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for break and enter. The male was arrested on the strength of the warrant.

Last night police responded to a trespassing complaint at a business on St. Clair Street in Chatham.

The male involved was known to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court.

A 37-year old male was arrested on the strength of the warrant.
