The more things change, the more they stay the same. That’s the case with COVID-19 numbers in Chatham-Kent today.
We saw five new cases reported against five deemed resolved. That keeps our active caseload at 34 people.
However, CK Public Health tells us one more resident is in hospital locally battling the virus, bringing our hospitalized total to four.
Provincially, there were 2,941 new cases reported over the past 24 hours, the second straight day with fewer than 3,000 new cases. The last time Ontario saw those two days below 3,000 was back on March 31 and April 1.
