If you leave items of value in your vehicle, this is what can happen.
Chatham-Kent police say someone broke into a couple of vehicles last night between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. on Victoria Avenue, stealing a laptop, an orange suitcase and a tote bag.
Total value of the theft is estimated at $1,100, while damage to the windows is pegged at about $600.
