Sometime over the weekend of September 1st – 3rd, 2018 an unknown suspect attended a Bear Line address where 3 Bulter grain holding and drying bins were spray painted with tagging marks.
All of the tags were in black and green paint with the letters “OPS” along with an unknown symbol. Inside the letter “O” were two “x’s” for eyes and a smiley face.
