Chatham-Kent police have a suspect in custody after someone stabbed a man in the chest/neck Sunday night in Chatham.
Police say about 9 p.m. that evening, an unknown male walked up to the victim who was sitting in his car with the window down on Grand Avenue East in Chatham, giving information to another person.
At that time, a man walked up to the victim, pulled out a knife and then stabbed him in the neck and chest area.
Police say the 46-year-old victim went to hospital and was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Yesterday, officers arrested a 64-year-old man and charged him with aggravated assault.
