This from Environment Canada:

Special weather statement in effect for:

  • Chatham-Kent – Rondeau Park
  • Windsor – Leamington – Essex County

Locally heavy showers possible tonight.

A low pressure system will track over Southwestern Ontario tonight bringing showers with a risk of thunderstorms this evening and overnight. Total rainfall amounts of 10 to 20 mm are expected with significantly greater amounts possible over Michigan.

There is significant uncertainty in the exact track of this system and as a result the exact location of the heaviest showers remains uncertain. Should this low pressure system track further east, rainfall amounts of 30 mm or greater are possible with the heaviest showers occurring overnight.
