On February 14, 2016 around 11:55 a.m. a small light grey pick-up truck attended the Mac’s Milk gas pumps on Victoria Road.
A tall, older white man exited the passenger side of the truck and filled up the vehicle along with gas cans.
The man was last seen wearing a light coloured touque, tan pants and ¾ length blue winter coat.
The truck appeared to be an older model Chevrolet with an extended cab and white topper.
The man pumped about $153 worth of gas and neither he nor the driver made any attempt to pay for the fuel.
