Entegrus officials are blaming a now-deceased squirrel on a brief power outage today in Chatham.
About 1,100 customers lost power briefly today in a section of north Chatham about 11:30 a.m.
Officials say a squirrel caused a short circuit, but crews quickly fixed the problem.
