On Oct. 9, police released a man, with several conditions, one of which was to live at a specific address on Sandys Street in Blenheim.
On Nov. 2, police say they learned he’d moved out.
Early this morning, an officer spotted the man riding his bike on Chatham Street North in Blenheim, and the cop arrested him for failing to comply.
During a search, police say the officer found some marijuana and crystal meth on the man. It turns out the man has a probation order prohibiting possession of non-medically prescribed drugs too.
A 27-year-old Blenheim man faces charges of failing to comply, two counts of breach of probation and two counts of drug possession in connection with the incident.
