The Riverview Bingo Chatham Novice Thunder obliterated the ringette competition in their first tournament appearance for the season, bringing home the gold medal with an 11-0 victory over host team St. Marys.
Chatham racked up an aggregate tournament score of 35-1. Centres Kaitlyn Sammon and Kaitlyn Warner led the way offensively, while Avery Haines was a stalwart between the pipes.
Warner led all tournament scorers with nine goals and 10 assists.
