The fall cross-country season for elementary school students is already half over.

On Sept. 26 at Thamesgrove Conservation Area, Ecole Ste. Marie and Georges P. Vanier each had three runners enjoy top-three finishes.

Grades 2-4 girls: Martina Legere, Ste. Marie; Natalie Bray, St. Ursula, Anna Kistulinec, Harwich-Raleigh.

Grades 2-4 boys: Ryan Grellomre, Vanier; Ryan Gagnier, St. Ursula; Dylan Carey, Vanier.

Grades 5-6 girls: Courtney Legere, Ste. Marie; Brooke MacLeod, Fatima; Olivia Hunter, Ste. Marie.

Grades 5-6 boys: Jeffery Carey, Vanier; Aiden LeGroulx, Winston Churchill; Anthony Isaac, McNaughton.

Grades 7-8 girls: Delainey Johnson, Gregory Drive; Reece Cowan, Fatima; Peyton Koole, John Given.

Grades 7-8 boys: Kyle Knight, John Given; Micah Van Eyk, Indian Creek; Grant Spence, Gregory Drive.

The opening Chatham elementary school cross-country run took place Sept. 18, and Ecole Ste. Marie students led the way with four top-three finishes.

Grades 2-4 girls: Martina Legere, Ste. Marie; Ashlynn Spence, Gregory Drive; Analise Legere, Ste. Marie.

Grades 2-4 boys: Ryan Gagner, St. Ursula; Ben Robertson, Indian Creek; Austin Isaac, McNaughton.

Grades 5-6 girls: Courtney Legere, Ste. Marie; Olivia Hunter, Ste. Marie; Brooke MacLeod, Fatima.

Grades 5-6 boys: Arden Legroulx, Winston Churchill; Craig Spence, Gregory Drive; Luke Smoulders, Fatima.

Grades 7-8 girls: Delainey Johnson, Gregory Drive; Reece Cowan, Fatima; Peyton Koole, John Given.
