From left, Lambton-Kent-Leamington MPP Steve Pinsonneault, artist Mike Winia, Chatham-Kent Mayor Darrin Canniff and East Kent Coun. John Wright celebrate the Winia’s latest carving to be put on display in Chatham-Kent.
This one is located in Thamesville and is a tribute to the historic 1812 Battle of the Thames that took place on the Thames River running through Thamesville.
The sculptures are paid for by councillor ward funding through Hydro One.
