A Chatham man is dead and the Ministry of Labour is investigating following an industrial accident in Chatham Monday afternoon.
According to Chatham-Kent police, they got the call about 4 p.m. yesterday of an industrial accident on Centre Street.
A 44-year-old Chatham man fell from a ladder and sustained life-threatening injuries.
He was transported via ambulance to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance where he was pronounced deceased.
The Ministry of Labour was contacted and has taken over the investigation.
