Unplanned renovations result in charges

A 39-year-old male deliberately drove his vehicle into a house garage in Tilbury causing substantial damage to the garage, to the car contained in the garage, and the house immediately behind the car.  As police tried to stop him he fled in the car for a short distance, at a low speed, but was eventually stopped and arrested. He is being charged with Dangerous Driving, Breach Recognizance of Bail, and Flight from Police.  He is being held for bail hearing this morning on all charges.
