This guy really doesn’t listen to authority.
In 2012, a man had a restraining order placed on him to not communicate with, or come within 100 metres of a specific Chatham woman.
So, on March 1, police say they found the man in the woman’s apartment. He was arrested for breaching the court order.
Two days later, police say officers discovered the man with the woman. Another arrest, more charges.
And Monday morning, officers again found the man inside the woman’s apartment, catching some nap time in one of the bedrooms, police say.
For the latest incident, police charged a 27-year-old Chatham man with two counts of disobeying a court order and two counts of failing to comply.
