Why are you running?
I’m running because I’m trying to make things more affordable for our community. Lowering the costs. Helping our seniors, farmers, the homeless, affordable housing, etc..
What are the two biggest issues for the next term of council?
My two biggest issues are affordable housing for our fixed-income seniors, and lowering the costs in our daily lives. Property taxes, food, etc.
What do you hope to achieve if elected?
If elected, I would do everything in my power to help every single person in our community, one way or another. I’m very compassionate about our community, I have a big voice, and won’t play second fiddle to anyone that’s not willing to help this great community.
To me, it seems everything is about Chatham. But Ward 2 exists as well. I will make sure of it.
What skills and experience do you bring?
I have always been a leader playing sports, or coaching. I’m a likeable person, always listening to people’s views or thoughts. But I will also not be bullied.
My biggest attribute would be my compassion for people, and wanting to help.
If elected, I would definitely devote all my time in finding ways to help the community.
Are you a fan of Donald Trump? (Yes or no) No.
