A new 12-unit housing complex is coming to downtown Tilbury.
At the Jan. 26 meeting, Chatham-Kent council approved a zoning bylaw change to facilitate the build by Tunio Developments Inc.
Located at 23 Louise St., the property lies south of Mill Street West between Albert Street and Lyon Street.
