That was the case on Saturday evening, police say, in Chatham.
Police received a complaint Saturday about 8:40 p.m. of someone committing an indecent act in the lobby of a King Street West apartment building.
Officers arrived and spotted a rather clothing-challenged woman.
A 33-year-old Chatham-Kent woman is charged with committing an indecent act.
