At Royal LePage Peifer Realty, they like the personal touch.
And that is why Amber Pinsonneault and Kristen Nead opted to open a satellite office in Tilbury.
Located at 12 Mill St., Unit 2, the office should make it easier for Royal LePage agents to connect with clients.
Pinsonneault, broker/owner with Royal LePage Peifer Realty, said it’s all about versatility and the personal touch.
“We love the location. It’s 20 minutes from our main office in Chatham,” she said. “It just gives people the versatility to meet with clients in this part of Chatham-Kent. We have a few agents who service this area and we just needed a space to call home.”
The office does not have regular business hours. It is instead “flex space,” according to Pinsonneault.
“Here, any of our agents can pop in to print, and meet clients so that they’re not having to do that in public spaces,” she said, adding the personal connection is important at Peifer Realty. “I know a lot of electronic signatures happen today, but we really prefer that face-to-face connection we have with our clients. A meeting in person goes such a long way,” she said.
In real estate, the saying goes it’s all about location, location, location, and for Peifer Realty’s new office in Tilbury, that holds true. Peifer commercial realtor Carson Warrener and developer Avalon worked together to get the Mill Street joint use building erected – it’s a luxury apartment building with some retail space on the main floor. There was an opening, and Pinsonneault and Nead, Peifer’s broker of record, jumped at it.
“The commercial space came open and we thought it was a perfect fit,” Pinsonneault said. “We really like the location.”
Pinsonneault, who is also a managing partner with Royal LePage Binder Real Estate in Windsor-Essex, said the goal is to serve “all of southwestern Ontario through Royal Lepage and build a professionalism in our brokerages.”
Binder has five offices in Windsor and Essex, while Peifer now has four in Chatham-Kent – the head office on McNaughton Avenue West in Chatham, the Wilton office in Blenheim, the Realty Energy Group office on St. Clair Street in Chatham, and the Mall office in Dresden.
“Our idea is to be everywhere making sure clients are able to access us,” Pinsonneault said. “We’re in it for the long haul. We’re continuing to grow where we can.”
And as Royal LePage Peifer Realty grows, the communities they serve benefit.
At an open house event at the Tilbury location March 25, Pinsonneault and Nead donated $500 to each of Ecole Saint-Francis, the Rotary Club of Tilbury, and Ashley’s Place.
“Giving back is a top priority. We try to do that wherever we go,” Pinsonneault said.
