No one is sitting here to enjoy the view of the Thames River anytime soon…except for the black squirrels in the trees above.
Following heavy rains last week, the river – seen here at Thames Grove Conservation Area – spilled over its banks. It peaked on Thursday, but upstream flow kept it well above normal for days.
