A Thursday fire at the municipal housing complex at 99 McNaughton Ave. W in Chatham was quickly contained to one apartment on the second floor.
There were no injuries, however several residents were temporarily displaced.
This is the same building where a fire in August 2024 displaced residents for many months. That fire was ruled as arson and two people face charges.
