A routine traffic stop on Wednesday led to charges against two people
Police say officers pulled over a vehicle on Richmond Street in Chatham shortly before 1 p.m. during the stop, officers spotted drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
A 52-year-old London man and a 44-year-old Chatham woman are charged with possession.
