
A Saturday motorcycle spill on River Line has left a Leamington man fighting for his life in hospital in Windsor.
Chatham-Kent police say the crash took place around 5:30 p.m. between Communication Road and Harwich Road on River Line. No other vehicles were involved.
The motorcyclist, 38, was alone on the bike at the time of the mishap.
He was initially taken to hospital in Chatham but was later transferred to Windsor Regional Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The traffic management unit was called in to investigate the accident, which closed the road for several hours.
