A Chatham man turned himself in to answer for an early morning break-in on Wednesday.
Someone got into a Chatham residence about 1:30 a.m., police say. The victim said the person was there without permission.
Police say officers investigated and determined there were ongoing issues between the complainant and the suspect.
A review of surveillance videos gave officers the identity of their suspect, as well as evidence he had tried to break into the same home in late June, where things got physical.
A 56-year-old Chatham man is charged with criminal harassment, being unlawfully in a dwelling and trespassing at night.
