Hogan to retire from Entegrus

Jim Hogan

Top power official Jim Hogan is set to flip the switch on his career next February.

Hogan, president and CEO of the utility company has spent more than two decades with the organization.

He joined back in 2002 as chief financial and regulatory officers. Eight years later, he took the helm.

During his time at the top, Hogan led Entegrus through transformation changes, including a series of mergers and acquisitions. Four area utility companies in the region became one.

“Jim’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping Entegrus into the organization it is today,” said Max Fantuz, chair of the Entegrus board of directors, in a media release. “His steady guidance, high standards, and deep commitment to the people and communities we serve have helped foster a strong culture of safety, operational excellence, and public trust.”

Under Hogan’s leadership, Entegrus strengthened its relationships with local organizations and consistently supported charitable initiatives across its service territory, according to Entegrus officials.

He not only championed these efforts as CEO, but also actively participated in many of them.

A formal announcement regarding the appointment of a new President and CEO will be made at a later time.
