Chatham-Kent fire officials say a wood stove is to blame for a $350,000 house fire on the weekend in Wallaceburg.
Fire broke out Saturday night at the two-storey residence, and firefighters from Wallaceburg and Chatham responded.
They arrived to see the home engulfed in flames, and the lone occupant waiting for them outside.
